Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Conduct comprehensive testing and commissioning of substation products and partial systems, ensuring they meet stringent performance, safety, and reliability standards. Your work will directly impact the operational success of Siemens Energy’s energy infrastructure projects.
• Technical Collaboration: Facilitate seamless technical clarifications with sub-suppliers, designers, and service providers to resolve challenges and ensure alignment with project requirements. Your ability to communicate complex technical details effectively will be essential in bridging gaps between stakeholders.
• Site Logistics and Planning: Develop and implement robust site logistics strategies for installation and commissioning activities. Your planning skills will help optimize workflows, minimize downtime, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Project Support: Assist project managers in risk assessment, claim management, and mitigation strategies to proactively address potential issues and safeguard project outcomes. Your analytical mindset will contribute to informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Site Supervision: Oversee on-site activities to ensure strict adherence to project plans, quality benchmarks, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols. Your leadership will uphold Siemens Energy’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainability.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure full compliance with EHS requirements and maintain the proper handling, calibration, and storage of testing tools and equipment. Your vigilance will help create a safe working environment for all team members and stakeholders involved in the project.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required. Alternatively, equivalent professional experience in a construction or energy sector environment will be considered. Candidates should possess at least five years of hands-on experience in construction site environments, with a proven track record in testing and commissioning roles.
