We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Investor Relations Manager to join our Investment Department. Reporting directly to the Fund Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with capital partners, custodians, and fund participants, ensuring operational excellence across our real estate fund portfolio.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular coordination with capital partners, tracking and monitoring their contractual obligations and financial commitments.
• Prepare and submit precise monthly and quarterly fund reports to custodians and regulatory bodies.
• Follow up on Board of Directors' resolutions, translating decisions into operational measures.
• Support the preparation of comprehensive Board materials in coordination with the Fund Manager.
• Contribute to the documentation and structuring of new funds, ensuring compliance with the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
• Manage and archive vital fund documentation.
• Coordinate with the Financial Analyst to ensure data accuracy and seamless information flow.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory updates from the CMA, briefing the Fund Manager on relevant impacts.
• Assist in screening and pre-qualification processes for new fund projects.

• Technical Skills Required:
• Comprehensive understanding of real estate fund structures and CMA regulations.
• Advanced writing and reporting skills in English and Arabic.
• Solid knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow dynamics, and key investment metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal contracts.
• Familiarity with the Saudi capital markets ecosystem and its primary stakeholders.

• Qualifications & Experience:
