Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving outstanding results for our clients by designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact paid advertising campaigns. You will work closely with our creative, production, and account management teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with client goals. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for performance marketing and a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic paid advertising campaigns across major platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat, to maximize reach and engagement.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, and CAC.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage marketing data to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and recommend strategic adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
• A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing for creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with designers, copywriters, and video editors to develop high-performing ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Industry & Platform Expertise: Stay abreast of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in performance marketing, with a strong focus on driving measurable business results.
• Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Performance Metrics: Deep understanding of key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, and CAC.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Saudi market and experience working with Saudi businesses is highly desirable.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high degree of professionalism and accountability.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with Looker Studio for advanced data visualization and reporting.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
