Senior Sales Manager - Group & Catering

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive our group and catering sales efforts in the vibrant city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing large-scale group and catering opportunities with significant revenue potential, ensuring exceptional customer service, and delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively targeting and managing group and catering accounts, markets, and segments with a focus on proactive solicitation and account saturation.
• Partnering with group and catering counterparts to effectively manage business opportunities and maximize revenue through upselling packages and creative food and beverage offerings.
• Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, as well as community stakeholders, to drive future bookings and expand the customer base.
• Delivering service excellence and driving customer loyalty by executing brand service standards and property brand standards, and practicing daily service basics.
• Gaining a deep understanding of the property's primary target customer and service expectations, and serving customers by understanding their business needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• A high school diploma or GED, with at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, or a related field, or a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major.
• Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong understanding of the local market, competitors, and economic trends.
