Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Management: Prepare, issue, and track invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and Saudi Arabian regulations. This includes managing both internal and external billing processes for guests, corporate clients, and third-party vendors.
• Receivables Tracking: Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, maintaining detailed records of accounts receivable aging to identify discrepancies or delays. Implement proactive strategies to minimize overdue accounts and optimize cash flow.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable transactions to ensure alignment with the general ledger. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly to maintain financial integrity.
• Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries, payment status, and account-related concerns. Deliver exceptional service with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports to provide insights into financial performance. Collaborate with the finance team to prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses as required.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The following qualifications and competencies are essential:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are advantageous.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role, preferably within the hospitality or luxury service industry.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with Accor’s financial systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in preparing financial reports and presentations is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information. A commitment to ethical standards and compliance is non-negotiable.
