Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with legal, risk management, and technical teams to address compliance concerns, provide guidance on AI governance, and foster a culture of accountability within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in compliance, AI, or a related field, combined with the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Compliance, Law, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications in compliance (e.g., CIPP, CIPM) or AI ethics are highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), data analysis tools, and compliance software. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python is essential.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of global and regional compliance regulations, with a focus on data privacy, anti-money laundering (AML), and industry-specific standards.
