Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical expertise in engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements is essential.
