Key Responsibilities

The Senior Civil Engineer will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Project Leadership: Lead the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
• Technical Oversight: Provide expert technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams, reviewing designs, calculations, and construction methodologies to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, facilitating clear communication, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role. Experience in infrastructure projects within the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit), and project management tools. Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable design practices is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, foster collaboration, and drive project success in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Communication and Problem-Solving: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex engineering challenges.
