Regional QSHE Coordinator (Sales)

Almarai, a leading Saudi-based food and beverage company, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Regional Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) Coordinator to join our Sales team. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of QSHE are maintained across our regional sales operations.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing QSHE strategies and plans in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to assess and improve QSHE performance.
• Providing QSHE training and guidance to sales teams and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring and reporting on QSHE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate QSHE risks.

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in QSHE management, preferably within the food and beverage industry. A relevant degree and professional certifications are essential. Strong communication skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment are also required.
