Position Overview
We are currently seeking a meticulous, reliable, and highly organized Data Entry Admin Specialist to join our remote operations team. This critical role is instrumental in safeguarding the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of company data while supporting essential administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, exhibit exceptional attention to detail, and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities within a remote setting. Your primary responsibilities will include entering, verifying, updating, and maintaining data across various systems, all while adhering to company protocols and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain data across company databases, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and internal systems to ensure seamless operations and reporting.
- Quality Assurance: Review incoming information for completeness, consistency, and accuracy prior to processing, identifying and rectifying errors, duplicate records, inconsistencies, or missing data.
- Data Validation: Verify and validate data using established internal guidelines and quality assurance procedures to uphold data integrity.
- Record Organization: Systematically organize, manage, and maintain digital files, records, and documentation to facilitate easy retrieval and compliance.
- Data Audits: Conduct routine data quality checks, audits, and database maintenance activities to ensure ongoing accuracy and reliability.
- Reporting: Generate reports, summaries, and data exports as requested by management to support informed decision-making.
- Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, record keeping, and operational workflows to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to resolve discrepancies and implement improvements in data accuracy and processes.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive company or client information, adhering to all data security protocols.
- Compliance: Follow established company policies, data entry procedures, and security standards to ensure operational integrity.
- Performance Metrics: Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time expectations while working independently and efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, office administration, or a related role is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.

- Robust time management and multitasking capabilities to handle dynamic workloads.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office or remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working remotely within a distributed or international team.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, database software, or cloud-based business systems.
- Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations and information security best practices.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage for supporting clients and teams across the MENA region.
- Experience with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar platforms is a plus.
