The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC), a leading food and beverage company in the region, is seeking a dynamic Team Leader - Engineering (Projects) to join our Manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of engineering and capital projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in engineering project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles and engineering best practices.
