Key Responsibilities

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, your daily duties will encompass a wide range of responsibilities designed to uphold the pristine reputation of St. Regis Hotels & Resorts. Your core tasks will include:

• Guest Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring every detail meets our luxury brand’s expectations. This includes making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, replenishing amenities, and addressing guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Public Area Cleaning: Maintain the immaculate appearance of all public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, dining areas, and recreational facilities. This involves dusting, vacuuming, polishing surfaces, and ensuring that all areas are free of clutter and presentable at all times.
• Operational Support: Assist with the replenishment of housekeeping carts, restocking supplies, and managing inventory to ensure seamless operations. You will also be responsible for transporting and disposing of waste in accordance with hotel policies and safety guidelines.
• Guest Interaction: Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy. Address any concerns related to cleanliness or room maintenance promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow all company guidelines, safety protocols, and quality standards to maintain a secure and hygienic work environment. This includes proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and personal protective gear.
• Physical Demands: The role requires sustained physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds. You must be able to perform these tasks efficiently and without assistance to meet operational demands.

Qualifications and Skills
