Join Our Real Estate Team as a Contracts & Sales Specialist in Jubail, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric professional to fill the role of Contracts & Sales Specialist within our Real Estate team. This position is based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property leasing and sales activities
• Prepare and process lease agreements and related documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Coordinate leasing transactions from initial inquiry through contract execution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Achieve leasing and sales targets

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in real estate leasing, brokerage, or property sales
• Experience using the Ejar platform is preferred
• A valid Saudi FAL Real Estate License is preferred
• Any certification related to real estate leasing, brokerage, or property sales is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or higher
