• Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events, and brand initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and task tracking across multiple marketing workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Facilitate marketing standups, project meetings, and status updates to maintain clear communication and accountability.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Support marketing leadership by managing priorities, coordinating workflows, and translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, budgets, milestones, team capacity, and project management systems.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement by optimizing workflows and enhancing documentation.

We're looking for a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing project management, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative attitude. Previous experience in iGaming, esports, gaming, or another fast-paced digital industry is highly preferred. Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar platforms, you'll also have a strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
