Land Surveyor

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in the construction and development of pipeline networks and station buildings. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in pipeline construction, with a strong proficiency in modern surveying technologies and software. This role is critical to ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance in all surveying activities associated with our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Survey Execution: Conduct accurate land surveys for pipeline routes, station locations, and associated infrastructure, utilizing advanced surveying equipment and methodologies.
• Technical Proficiency: Operate and maintain GPS surveying equipment, ensuring high levels of accuracy and reliability in data collection.
• Software Utilization: Leverage AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industry-standard software to process survey data, generate detailed maps, and create comprehensive reports for project stakeholders.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all surveying activities adhere to regulatory standards, safety protocols, and project specifications. Maintain meticulous records and documentation for audits and future reference.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to provide critical surveying support, resolve technical challenges, and optimize project workflows.
• Site Assessment: Perform site assessments to evaluate terrain, environmental factors, and potential obstacles that may impact pipeline construction or station development.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on survey data and deliverables to ensure precision and adherence to project requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of five years in land surveying, with a focus on pipeline construction projects.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of GPS surveying technologies, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other relevant surveying software.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Professional certification or licensure is a plus.
