Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dermatologist to join our team at Gulf Asian Medical Center in Jubail. This full-time, on-site role will involve providing outpatient and inpatient consultations, diagnosing and treating a diverse array of skin, hair, and nail conditions, and managing chronic dermatologic diseases. The Dermatologist will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive dermatological care, ensuring that each patient receives personalized and effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities

The Dermatologist will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conducting thorough clinical examinations to accurately diagnose dermatologic conditions.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Performing a variety of dermatologic procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Documenting patient care in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards to maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Providing patient counseling on treatment options, preventative skin care strategies, and cosmetic procedures to empower informed decision-making.
• Collaborating closely with other medical professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and seamless patient management.
• Participating in case discussions to enhance clinical decision-making and share expertise with colleagues.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest dermatology guidelines and advancements to deliver evidence-based care.
• Contributing to a safe, respectful, and inclusive clinical environment that prioritizes patient well-being and professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A strong foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with proven expertise in diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of dermatologic conditions.
• Specialized clinical expertise in acne management and the treatment of inflammatory skin disorders, including the ability to develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Proficiency in cosmetology and cosmetic dermatology, with the skills to perform and oversee aesthetic procedures in a safe and ethical manner.
• A medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completed residency or specialization in Dermatology; board certification or eligibility is highly preferred.
• A valid license to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain one in Saudi Arabia.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration in a multidisciplinary team and the delivery of inclusive, respectful patient care.
