Technical Support Engineer [SAUDIS ONLY]

The role of a Technical Support Engineer involves providing first-line technical support across our retail stores and corporate offices. You will ensure the availability and reliability of end-user devices, Microsoft 365 services, POS systems, and IT infrastructure. Your duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, managing IT service requests, and contributing to maintaining a stable and efficient IT environment.

We are looking for a proactive individual with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 1-5 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk. Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory, and a valid KSA driving license is required.
