Role Overview

As a Lifeguard at Radisson Hotel Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence of our hotel’s swimming pool and recreational facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass the daily management of these areas, maintaining impeccable standards of hygiene, and adhering to property-specific emergency protocols. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, possess strong swimming and rescue skills, and are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s swimming pool and recreational areas, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and safe for all guests.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce pool safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents in accordance with property-specific procedures.
• Guest Interaction: Provide a welcoming and secure environment for guests, addressing inquiries, offering assistance, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Emergency Preparedness: Maintain readiness to handle emergency situations, including administering first aid, performing CPR, and coordinating with medical personnel or emergency services as required.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and uphold the highest standards of service excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Lifeguard Certification, demonstrating proficiency in swimming and rescue techniques.
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certifications to ensure preparedness for emergency situations.
• Proven swimming and rescue skills, with the ability to respond swiftly and effectively in critical scenarios.
• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or recreational facility is advantageous but not mandatory.
