Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive operational excellence while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, sales execution, inventory control, and customer engagement. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Sales and Performance Management:
  • Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to the retail team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Implement creative strategies to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal availability and minimize stock loss.
• Team Leadership and Development:
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to retail staff to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
  • Manage staff scheduling, leave requests, and grievances while maintaining a productive and motivated team.
  • Offer constructive feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager regarding employee performance and product insights.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure strict adherence to company and brand operating procedures, policies, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Conduct weekly audits of store administration and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain accuracy.
  • Oversee end-to-end store operations, including security protocols, to mitigate risks and ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Customer Engagement and Loyalty:
  • Promote the company’s Loyalty Program to drive repeat sales and enhance customer retention.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and competitive brands to provide personalized recommendations and improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain a fashionable and well-groomed appearance to align with brand standards and inspire confidence in the team.
• Inventory and Merchandising:
  • Manage stockrooms efficiently to minimize loss and ensure product availability.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and cohesive store environment.
