As a Flagman, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow in our work areas. Your key responsibilities include:

• Directing and controlling vehicle and equipment movement
• Maintaining clear communication with drivers, operators, and supervisors
• Ensuring safe pedestrian and vehicle flow in congested or high-risk zones
• Using hand signals, flags, and communication devices effectively
• Monitoring surroundings for hazards and reporting unsafe conditions

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Aramco experience
• Strong safety awareness and traffic control procedures knowledge
• The ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods
• Good communication and coordination skills
• A proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. We expect our Flagman to exhibit exemplary HSSE behavior and adhere to our stringent Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment, and Quality rules.
