Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Junior Front-End Developer at PulseMedia, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for healthcare and wellness clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Front-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages tailored to healthcare and wellness clients. Convert UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and reusable front-end code to ensure seamless digital experiences.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital assets that align with marketing campaigns and client objectives. Assist in implementing front-end improvements to enhance SEO, website performance, and conversion optimization.
• Performance and Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Ensure flawless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices while adhering to accessibility and usability best practices.
• CMS Management: Maintain and update WordPress websites and other CMS platforms. Implement content changes, templates, layouts, and new pages as required to meet client needs.
• Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve front-end bugs and UI inconsistencies. Conduct thorough testing across multiple browsers and devices to guarantee reliability and quality.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices. Participate in code reviews and collaborate with experienced developers to foster continuous skill development.

Your Ideal Profile

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Front-End Developer with the following qualifications:

• Experience: 0–2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance projects, personal initiatives, or bootcamp training. Prior experience with live websites or web applications is advantageous.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or equivalent practical experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites.
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.
• Tools and Technologies:
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Basic knowledge of website performance optimization and browser compatibility testing.
• Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows.
• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
