As a Recreation Experience Expert, you will be the go-to person for guests seeking information on available recreational facilities such as pools, beaches, entertainment zones, game rooms, fitness centers, and child activity centers. Your role involves guiding, promoting, registering, and scheduling recreational activities to ensure guests have a fun and relaxing experience. You will also be responsible for:

• Ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and members by communicating recreational facility rules and regulations.
• Monitoring recreational activities and responding appropriately in case of emergencies, following local operational procedures.
• Performing cashier duties when working in sales transactions.
• Supporting private events and group activities.
• Reporting to supervisors or managers if a guest's safety in activities is at risk.
• Providing first aid support until emergency medical services arrive.
• Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies.
• Reporting accidents, injuries, or unsafe work environments to managers.
• Completing safety training and certifications.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining professional grooming, protecting confidential information, and safeguarding company assets.
• Handling payments for rental equipment, recreational activities, facility rentals, or retail sales.
• Performing other duties as assigned by superiors.
