Investigator - ZATCA

The Investigator role at ZATCA is a critical position responsible for developing comprehensive investigation strategies, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with investigation policies. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in legal advisory, policy drafting, and risk assessment.

• Conduct research and comparative studies to develop investigation strategies.
• Assist in creating and disseminating investigative tools and templates.
• Provide employee awareness training on ZATCA's code of conduct.
• Maintain and update investigation case databases.
• Conduct preliminary assessments of breaches and misconduct cases.
• Identify cases requiring formal investigation and prepare subpoenas.
• Assist in case report development and presentation to senior leadership.
• Communicate approved recommendations to stakeholders and follow up on implementation.
• Ensure adherence to relevant policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Help solve escalated problems and provide support to junior team members.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies (or equivalent), and preferably a Master’s degree. Proficient or advanced proficiency is required in Collaboration and Communication, Contracts and Agreements Management, Customer Focus, Enablement of Change and Innovation, Legal Advisory, Legal Writing and Policy Drafting, Legislations and Regulations, Negotiation and Influence, Professionalism, Research and Analysis, and Results Orientation.
