Key Responsibilities
The Regional Trainer will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive clinical training and educational programs to Medica Group’s clients and internal teams across local and regional markets. This position requires a strategic approach to training, encompassing workshops, conferences, and live product demonstrations designed to elevate clinical expertise and product utilization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to integrate Medica Group’s product portfolio within clinics, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and adherence to company standards.
Core responsibilities include:
- Training Execution and Coordination: Schedule and conduct clinical training sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, and scientific events for both external clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment with Medica Group’s objectives and brand guidelines.
- Field Support and Product Demonstrations: Accompany Key Account Managers during clinic visits to provide hands-on training, enhance clinical understanding, and optimize product utilization, thereby driving revenue growth.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date understanding of Medica Group’s product portfolio, protocols, and treatment guidelines to deliver accurate and effective training sessions.
- End-to-End Training Cycle: Oversee the complete training process, from meticulous preparation and delivery to comprehensive post-training follow-up, ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Content Development and Updates: Keep training materials current, aligned with Medica Group’s standards, and reflective of the latest industry trends and product advancements.
- Feedback and Gap Analysis: Collect structured feedback from the field to identify training gaps, business opportunities, and areas for enhancement, contributing to the development of future initiatives.
- Market Intelligence and Representation: Represent Medica Group at industry conferences, exhibitions, and events to bolster market presence, monitor competitor activity, and ensure training content remains relevant and competitive.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports on training activities, field observations, and client feedback to senior management, facilitating data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between clinics, Key Account Managers, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication, customer support, and alignment with company objectives.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices to enhance overall effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related life science field is required.
- Clinical Training Expertise: Proven experience in clinical training for aesthetic devices and injectables, with a strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and protocols.
- Training Delivery: Hands-on experience in conducting clinical training, product demonstrations, and workshops for healthcare professionals, ensuring practical and engaging learning experiences.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to keep training content relevant and impactful.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce, to track training activities and manage client interactions effectively.
- Reporting and Documentation: Strong skills in preparing detailed reports, documenting training sessions, and compiling client feedback for strategic planning.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical training within the aesthetic medical device or injectable industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.
