Key Responsibilities:

• Update information boards regularly to keep employees informed about important events.
• Provide assistance and guidance to employees, helping them excel in their roles.
• Assign lead calls or emails to Sales Executives based on a fair rotation system.
• Create and maintain organized spreadsheets for Sales and Marketing activities.
• Manage information in sales process software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Respond to guest calls, requests, or problems by liaising with relevant departments.
• Promote our brand image internally and externally, fostering guest loyalty.
• Use effective sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Assist management in hiring, training, and supporting team members.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and professional work environment.
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs, providing exceptional customer care.
• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and adhere to quality standards.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
