Join Accenture Security as a Network Security SME Lead

Accenture Security is seeking a dynamic and experienced Network Security SME Lead to drive our network security services and ensure the resilience of our infrastructure. You'll be at the forefront of pioneering security solutions, blending risk strategy, digital identity, and cyber defense to outpace cyber threats.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead the day-to-day operations and support of network security services, including Firewalls, WAF, API Security, DDoS, IPS, Mail gateway, Proxy, and NAC solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Provide technical and operational leadership to teams managing firewalls, web application security, sandboxing, and threat detection.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying security gaps, optimization opportunities, and underutilized capabilities.
• Ensure network security platforms are patched, upgraded, and operated in line with vendor and organizational standards.
• Support security architecture decisions, audits, compliance activities, and service reporting, acting as an escalation point for stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience leading network security operations teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of network security domains, including NDR, DDoS protection, firewall governance, sandboxing, and web application security across on-prem and cloud platforms.
• Experience with technologies such as F5, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower, Arbor, Darktrace, FireEye, Forcepoint, Symantec.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Relevant security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, PNSCE, NSE4, or NSE7, are highly desirable.
