Key Responsibilities

The Security Delivery Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end governance and delivery of security projects, ensuring that all initiatives meet stringent service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and contractual obligations. Your core duties will include:

• Project Governance: Oversee the delivery of security projects, including network security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and endpoint security, ensuring adherence to defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with organizational policies, industry controls, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and addressing potential vulnerabilities proactively.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary governance liaison between client leadership and delivery teams, facilitating transparent communication, aligning expectations, and fostering collaborative decision-making.
• Service Reviews and Escalations: Lead service review meetings, manage escalations efficiently, and participate in governance forums to address performance gaps, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Performance Oversight: Monitor service-level performance metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to enhance service maturity and operational efficiency.
