Your Role and Responsibilities

As a member of our external sales team at the medical supply company, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include consulting, selling, adapting, and delivering medical aids with a strong focus on compression therapy. You will be responsible for managing orders, processing complaints, and ensuring seamless communication through both telephone and in-person interactions with customers, healthcare professionals, caregivers, prescribers, and intermediaries. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. The role also encompasses administrative and organizational tasks, requiring meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Your daily interactions will involve working closely with patients, nursing facilities, physiotherapy practices, and medical practices, where empathy and professionalism are essential. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on medical aids and ensuring that all products meet the specific needs of each client. Your ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships will be critical to your success in this position.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• A completed medical training or several years of relevant professional experience, such as a qualified nurse, physiotherapist, or medical supply specialist, is required.
• In-depth knowledge of anatomy, with a specialization in lymphology and phlebology, is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of empathy, particularly when interacting with physically impaired individuals.
• A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
