Position Overview

As a Pool & Beach Attendant at FAENA The Red Sea, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless and luxurious experience by the pool and beach. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and an unwavering dedication to providing impeccable service. You will be responsible for maintaining pristine environments, anticipating guest needs, and upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality in alignment with FAENA’s culture and Forbes expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement & Service: Warmly welcome and assist guests across pool and beach areas, fostering a professional yet inviting atmosphere that reflects FAENA’s commitment to hospitality excellence.
• Safety & Compliance: Monitor guest activity to ensure adherence to pool and beach regulations, prioritizing safety and well-being at all times.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and presentation of pool decks, beach areas, loungers, cabanas, and surrounding facilities to uphold luxury standards.
• Guest Comfort & Preparation: Proactively set up loungers, towels, umbrellas, and amenities to ensure optimal comfort and relaxation for every guest.
• Inventory Management: Ensure towels, water stations, and guest supplies are fully stocked and readily accessible throughout service periods.
• Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of pool and beach facilities, promptly reporting any maintenance or operational issues to the appropriate departments.
• Water Quality & Safety: Monitor pool water conditions and communicate any concerns to the relevant teams to maintain pristine and safe environments.
• Emergency Response: Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies, guest incidents, or safety concerns, providing basic first aid assistance until additional support arrives.
• Guest Assistance: Address inquiries, provide directions, assist with reservations, and fulfill recreational requests to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with food and beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive guest experience.
• Compliance & Reporting: Adhere strictly to health, hygiene, safety, and operational procedures, reporting any incidents, hazards, or unusual activities to supervisors immediately.
• Service Excellence: Deliver proactive, personalized, and attentive service to create a seamless luxury experience for every guest.
• Professional Standards: Uphold FAENA’s grooming, presentation, and luxury hospitality standards, ensuring alignment with Forbes’ exceptional service expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Prior experience in a pool, beach club, resort, recreation, or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Guest Service Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service delivery.
• Safety Knowledge: Basic understanding of pool safety procedures and emergency response protocols; first aid or lifeguard certification is a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort in outdoor environments.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a proactive and positive attitude, committed to contributing to a high-performing team.
• Professionalism: Impeccable grooming and appearance aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
