The Role

Elastic is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Public Sector Account Executive to spearhead our expansion in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Lead the charge in expanding Elastic’s footprint within critical Public Sector departments across the Saudi government by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
• Customer Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them in extracting tangible value from their data and accelerating their digital transformation journeys.
• Technology Evangelism: Champion Elastic’s open-source, search-powered solutions—spanning Enterprise Search, Observability, and Security—across technical and executive audiences.
• Use Case Development: Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and decision-makers to uncover and drive innovative use cases that demonstrate Elastic’s capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, partners, and industry communities to build a robust ecosystem that fuels sustainable growth and adoption.
• Sales Execution: Manage complex sales cycles within the Public Sector, ensuring predictable and accurate forecasting while maintaining agility in execution.

Your Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in Enterprise SaaS sales with a growth-oriented mindset, including a history of breaking into Public Sector accounts within the Saudi government.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the Saudi Public Sector, coupled with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Public Sector Experience: Direct experience selling into Public Sector organizations in Saudi Arabia, with a strong grasp of procurement processes and regulatory landscapes.
• Passion for Open Source: A strong affinity for open-source principles and Elastic’s community-driven approach to innovation.
• Agility and Speed: Ability to navigate complex procurement environments while maintaining operational agility and execution speed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Open Source Sales Experience: Prior success in selling open-source solutions or within a community-driven business model.
