We are seeking a dedicated Link Building Specialist to join our partner's remote team, focusing on executing and optimizing outreach-driven SEO strategies for high-quality link acquisition campaigns. This role is highly execution-oriented and data-driven, requiring strong attention to detail and consistency in managing large volumes of outreach data.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Researching and identifying relevant prospects and websites for outreach campaigns
• Qualifying and assessing websites to ensure alignment with client SEO strategies
• Executing outreach processes to generate high-quality link-building opportunities
• Onboarding new websites into internal systems and outreach workflows
• Maintaining accurate data in email tools and internal databases
• Managing and updating outreach and performance data in Google Sheets and dashboards
• Responding to emails and supporting operational communication related to campaigns
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency in data tracking and reporting across all SEO activities

Requirements include:

• Strong written English communication skills
• Experience using G-Suite tools
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs
• Ability to follow structured processes with precision
• Reliable personal computer and stable internet connection
• Headset and microphone for remote communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks effectively

Nice to have: 2+ years of SEO experience and prior exposure to outreach campaigns or remote team environments
