BD, a global leader in medical technology, seeks a strategic and commercially astute Vice President to drive the Peripheral Intervention business across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region. This role is instrumental in delivering profitable, balanced growth through strong regional strategy, disciplined commercial execution, and deep customer engagement.

The Vice President BDI Peripheral Intervention (PI) META will:

• Define and implement regional strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Own and deliver the three-year strategic, operational, and financial plan for the PI business in META.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities across arterial, venous, and endovascular segments.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key customers, clinicians, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end compliance and drive operational rigor.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional PI leadership team.

Candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree and preferably an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
• Extensive senior leadership experience within peripheral intervention, cardiovascular, or related medical device segments.
• A proven track record of P&L ownership and profitable growth across multi-country regions.
• Strong critical thinking, commercial acumen, and executive leadership skills.
• The ability to operate successfully within matrixed, global organizations.
