Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Representative, your core responsibilities will include:

• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Sealy’s product line, including features, benefits, and pricing, to confidently address customer inquiries and objections.
• Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment while adhering to company standards and merchandising guidelines.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong customer relationships by following up on purchases, addressing post-sale concerns, and encouraging repeat business through loyalty programs or promotions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and colleagues to ensure seamless operations, share best practices, and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Data Reporting: Accurately record sales transactions, customer feedback, and inventory levels using the company’s POS system or other designated tools.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
