The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date master data for sales operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of information and data integrity across our sales teams and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain master data management processes and standards.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across sales systems and teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data gaps and inaccuracies.
• Provide training and support to sales teams on master data management best practices.
• Monitor and report on key master data metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in master data management, preferably in a sales environment.
• Strong knowledge of sales systems and processes.
• Excellent data analysis and management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
