Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A diploma or certification in Patient Care Technology, Nursing Assistance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Certification: Valid certification as a Patient Care Technician (PCT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or equivalent, as recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) or other relevant authorities.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or long-term care facility, with a proven track record in patient care.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using basic medical equipment, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and familiarity with infection control protocols.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients from diverse backgrounds. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural healthcare environment.
