Position Overview

As a key member of the finance leadership team at Unilode, the Finance Manager (Middle East) will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and strategic oversight across the Middle East region, with a primary focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position is instrumental in ensuring robust financial governance, regulatory compliance, and seamless business partnering with both regional and global stakeholders. The Finance Manager will serve as the finance lead for the KSA legal entity, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering operational efficiencies and business performance improvements through our outsourced fleet management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership and Governance: Provide senior financial leadership to the KSA entity, ensuring adherence to corporate financial policies, regulatory requirements, and statutory obligations. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local and international financial regulations, including tax laws, corporate governance standards, and reporting obligations. Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with regional and global finance teams to align financial strategies with business objectives. Support cross-functional initiatives and provide financial insights to enhance operational performance and profitability.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to optimize financial outcomes.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency fluctuations, credit risks, and operational exposures. Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, legal teams, and external partners. Represent the finance function in regional and global forums to advocate for financial best practices.

• Professional Experience: Proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably within a multinational or outsourcing environment. Strong understanding of financial regulations and statutory requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is essential.
