About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement to Pay/Order to Cash Expert to join our global finance team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire end-to-end financial transaction lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations from procurement through payment and order fulfillment. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing cash flow, maintaining vendor relationships, and driving financial efficiency across our international business segments. Key Responsibilities
As a Procurement to Pay/Order to Cash Expert, your core responsibilities will include:
- Vendor and Payment Management: Oversee the accounts payable aging report, meticulously identifying and prioritizing overdue payments to ensure timely settlements. Engage with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies, negotiate favorable payment terms, and foster long-term partnerships.

- Policy Compliance and Process Improvement: Stay abreast of payment policies, industry regulations, and company guidelines to ensure full compliance. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing settlement efficiency, reducing operational costs, and improving overall financial performance.
- Technology and System Proficiency: Utilize advanced financial software, including SAP or Oracle, to manage transactions, generate reports, and streamline processes. Leverage Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to perform data analysis, create financial models, and support reporting requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications and possess the following competencies:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on settlements, cash operations, or order-to-cash processes. Familiarity with global financial operations is a strong asset.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate financial reports. Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle is required.
