The Director of Finance - A serves as the strategic financial leader for the property, driving business strategies that meet and exceed brand targets and maximize ROI. This role is responsible for creating and executing a business plan aligned with the property and brand's strategic direction, focusing on financial activities and delivering desirable financial results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve profit and explore new business opportunities.
• Analyzing financial data, forecasting sales, and creating annual budget plans.
• Monitoring actual sales and wages against projections, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Leading finance teams, providing excellent leadership, and overseeing audit processes.
• Anticipating and delivering on the needs of key stakeholders, including owners, corporate, and guests.

Candidates should possess a 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or a related major, with 3 years of experience, or a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or a related major, with 1 year of experience.
