Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Brand Representation: Deliver outstanding service to clients, embodying the APM Monaco brand ethos to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Sales & Operational Support: Assist the Store-in-Charge in managing day-to-day operations, including sales performance tracking, KPI analysis, and strategic planning to meet business objectives.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing retail team, ensuring alignment with brand standards and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation: Oversee visual merchandising initiatives to maintain an inviting and aesthetically pleasing store environment that reflects APM Monaco’s premium positioning.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement and monitor CRM strategies to enhance client engagement, retention, and satisfaction through personalized interactions and targeted outreach.
• Scheduling & Workforce Management: Develop and manage staff rosters to optimize coverage and productivity while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Retail Experience: Minimum of five years in luxury or fashion retail, with at least two years in a managerial capacity, demonstrating a proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional service with an approachable and professional demeanor, prioritizing client needs and brand integrity.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Arabic and additional languages is highly advantageous for engaging a diverse clientele.
• Analytical & Organizational Abilities: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and implement actionable strategies to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
