As the strategic financial leader of our property, you will champion, develop, and implement wide-ranging strategies that deliver exceptional products and services to our target customers and employees, while maximizing return on investment. Your role involves:

• Creating and executing a business plan aligned with our property and brand strategy.
• Developing and implementing annual operating budgets.
• Analyzing financial data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
• Leading and mentoring finance teams, fostering a culture of sound financial decision-making and integrity.
• Anticipating and addressing the needs of key stakeholders, including owners, corporate, and guests.

We seek a dynamic professional with a 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting (or related major) and 3 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
