Your Role as a Senior/Sales Associate

As a Senior/Sales Associate at APM Monaco, you will serve as the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional in-store experience that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to engage clients with warmth, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our products, fostering long-term relationships that drive brand loyalty and sales performance. You will play a pivotal role in representing the APM Monaco lifestyle, ensuring that every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to quality, style, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Sales Excellence: Provide personalized and attentive service to clients, guiding them through our collections with expertise and enthusiasm. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Store Operations & Visual Merchandising: Take ownership of daily store operations, including inventory management, product presentation, and visual merchandising to create an inviting and aesthetically pleasing environment that aligns with APM Monaco’s brand identity.
• Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and aesthetics of APM Monaco. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor insights to effectively communicate the brand’s unique selling points.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless store operations, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture. Support junior staff members and foster a mentorship environment where knowledge and skills are exchanged.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in luxury or fashion retail, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding sales performance and client satisfaction.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is considered a valuable asset.
• Personality & Attitude: A proactive, approachable, and customer-service-oriented mindset with a passion for the APM Monaco brand. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork spirit.
• Retail Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage store operations and visual merchandising with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
