Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Decorator Operator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Execute decorating operations with precision, ensuring high-quality output in line with industry standards and client specifications.
• Technical Proficiency: Operate and maintain decorating machinery, including measuring, cutting, and tool operation, while adhering to safety protocols.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks and minimizing waste through meticulous attention to detail.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and enhancing overall productivity.
• Material Management: Select and prepare appropriate materials for decorating processes, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supervisors and quality control personnel, to achieve production targets and maintain seamless workflows.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and environmental guidelines to foster a secure and compliant work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Background: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) with a specialization in a relevant field.
• Industry Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in decorating operations within can manufacturing or similar industrial environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in painting techniques, tool operation, and material selection, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, time management, teamwork, and physical stamina to meet the demands of a fast-paced production setting.
