Investment Management Manager - IM-011

Qiddiya invites a seasoned Investment Management professional to join our team and play a key role in evaluating, originating, and managing real estate investment opportunities. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify new investment opportunities, originate deals, and structure transactions. Your expertise in financial modelling, corporate finance, and M&A will be instrumental in building our investment framework and managing the financial performance of our real estate investments.

We seek a candidate with a strong background in investment management and financial modelling, ideally with experience in corporate finance, real estate investment, and private equity. At the core of our investment strategy, you will conduct market research, perform rigorous financial due diligence, and create sophisticated models to assess the profitability and risks of potential investments. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the success of each project, demonstrating your ability to understand and implement complex financial structures and deal terms to drive long-term growth and profitability for the company.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications preferred
• Experience: +7 years in investment management, financial modelling, or M&A advisory (preferably in real estate or private equity); experience in corporate finance, M&A modelling, and deal structuring, with a focus on real estate; strong experience from boutique investment banks or large real estate funds; prior exposure to the GCC region is highly desirable
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and corporate finance; familiarity with banking terminology and M&A processes
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, trends, and market conditions in the GCC region; understanding of portfolio management and investment analysis
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
