Qualifications and Competencies

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the following competencies:

• Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required; a master’s degree or advanced certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is highly preferred. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in operations management, with a proven track record in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is essential.
• Operational Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in process optimization, project management, and performance metrics analysis.
