Key Responsibilities

• Auditing Support: Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits by preparing and organizing necessary documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
• Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and submission of tax documents, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local tax regulations while minimizing liabilities.
• Documentation & Filing: Maintain well-organized financial filing systems, both digital and physical, to facilitate quick access to records and support internal and external audits.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to communicate financial information clearly, address discrepancies, and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
