Finance Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Finance Manager to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support business objectives, optimize performance, and mitigate risks.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
• Data Management & Reporting: Oversee the collection, analysis, and presentation of financial data, delivering timely and insightful reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
• Financial Accounting & Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies while maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate financial meetings with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external partners, to communicate financial performance, trends, and recommendations.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices to improve overall financial operations.
• Risk Management: Assess financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure the organization’s financial health through proactive monitoring and analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic decision-making.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with financial software, ERP systems, and data visualization tools is highly desirable.
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide clear, concise insights. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships across the organization.
