Marketing & Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Social Media Specialist to plan and execute marketing activities, manage our digital channels, and strengthen our brand presence. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing digital advertising campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure we meet our marketing objectives.

• Manage our social media platforms and Google Business Profile.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and content plans.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and propose creative marketing ideas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management. Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred.

We are looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of social media management, experience with digital advertising platforms, excellent content creation and communication skills, and the ability to work creatively, organize effectively, and perform under pressure.
