Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic initiatives of our organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in human resources administration, coupled with a passion for supporting employee engagement and operational efficiency. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in managing critical administrative functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with Caliberly’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including onboarding documentation, performance reviews, and termination records, in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- HR Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations by staying updated on relevant HR legislation and implementing necessary changes to policies and procedures.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in the processing of payroll, benefits enrollment, and claims, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement while addressing employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Coordinate recruitment efforts by managing job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive work environment through initiatives that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Training & Development Coordination: Support the planning and execution of training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover rates, and other key performance indicators to inform strategic decision-making.
- Workplace Safety & Well-being: Promote a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and supporting wellness initiatives for employees.
Qualifications & Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience in an HR administrative capacity.
- Proven experience in HR administration, recruitment, payroll processing, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all HR-related matters.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges and improving processes.
- Familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, and HR policies is highly desirable.
