Key Responsibilities

As a Biomedical Engineer at Tadawi Medical Group, your core responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular maintenance, repairs, and calibrations of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This includes diagnostic, therapeutic, and laboratory devices essential for patient care.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance checks to identify potential issues before they escalate, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted medical services.
• Patient Safety: Prioritize patient safety by adhering to strict protocols and industry standards during all maintenance and repair activities. Ensure that all equipment meets regulatory compliance and safety requirements.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Certification: Possess a valid classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), demonstrating your expertise and compliance with local regulatory standards.
• Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of two years of proven experience in a hospital or medical center setting, with a strong background in biomedical engineering and equipment maintenance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and calibrating medical equipment. Familiarity with a wide range of medical devices, including imaging systems, life support equipment, and laboratory instruments.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address technical challenges efficiently.
