Hudson, a leading global provider of innovative transformer solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Engineer with a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering to join our team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process of our high-quality dry type and cast resin transformers, ensuring adherence to our stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Planning and coordinating production activities to meet deadlines and quality targets.
• Supervising and training production team members to ensure they maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Conducting regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Collaborating with the R&D team to implement new technologies and design improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in transformer production or a related industry. Strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
